My CPU is overheating I ahve a pentium 4 3.0ghz heatsink and cpu fans and 3 120mm fans working, and well cleaned fans and case with no dust on idle my cpu temperature is about 78C and if I do something basic such as copying files it goes up to 90C+ does anyone know why this might happen If all fans are working?

O.o its running way above the heat limit if its hitting 98C. Get some thermal paste and lift the heatsinc and reapply a coating to the cpu. Clean it with goo-gone or rubbing alcohol or w/e and then apply a small dot the size of a bb to the cpu spread it as thin as possible but not so thin that you can see the cpu.
