Is it absolutely necessary that you get an Athlon FX? You would probably be just as well off to get an Athlon X2 and pay a lot less for the processor. To me the performance increase between a high end Athlon X2 and an Athlon FX isn't great enough to justify spending twice as much for an Athlon FX.
In terms of video cards, what are you looking at spending for a video card? I take it that since you are looking at getting an Athlon FX, price isn't really your primary concern. Also are you looking at doing SLI/Crossfire at all?

sir,
all i need is , better grahics acceleration for 3d software and games. If i go for a amd Athlon x2 processor, infact i can reduce my cost for a processor. As for as video cards are concerned i can spend uptil 3500 indian rupees on it and not interested for any greater amount. advise me the right mb i can get in this stipulated amount.

If hardware prices in India are similar to hardware prices in the US, you aren't going to get a whole lot in terms of a video card for 3500 rupees ($75 USD). The x550 or x1300 would be about the best you could get for PCI-E on the ATI side of things. On the NVIDIA side of things there would be the FX 6600. I don't know which one would be the best choice though.
