The Lama is looking to buy a new MacBook and I an iMac. In the process I think it's time to upgrade the old home network from the 802.11b standard we currently run. In the next few weeks, once Lama buys the MacBook, I'll be looking to buy a new 802.11g or Super-G router. I don't need much, just enough coverage for the house and decient speed transfer as well as security. What would you suggest?  Thanks.  afro

I've had good luck with my netgear routers.  They can be picky about how you update the firmware but other than that, I have not had any problem with the netgear routers that I have used both personally and setup for customers.  Whatever you do, avoid Dlink and Belkin at all costs.  They are very unreliable routers.
