Anyone heard about this rumor?  Crazy stuff!!!  Can't say I thought this would happen, not sure i'm rooting for it to either.  In my business-mindset it makes a ton of sense though.  ;-)

I haven't heard anything–do you have any links? This sounds interesting but to be honest, I'm a bit skeptical—nothing has come across on Digg or Slashdot at all.

It was on Digg a few days ago.  It just "looks likely" at this point.  Nothing set in stone.  The article really just outlines why it would make sence for AMD but not Intel.
