The last few days I get the Problem Loding Page error with the Try Again button (FireFox) or the Page Cannont be Displayed error in IE.  When I click refresh or Try Again the page (usually) loads right away.  I have reset the cable modem and the router, but I am still having the same problem.  I don't seem to have any other problems other then that.  Is this a connection issue or is something in the router or modem causing a hiccup?  (It isn't software related because I have this problem with all computers hooked up to the router.)

You might want to try flushing your DNS cache.  Another thing you might want to try is scanning for virus and spyware.

Good idea on the DNS chche, just flushed my local cache but can't find a way to do so on the router itself.  Later tonight when I have more time I'll actually unplug it for a few minutes and see if that helps.  It's a Netgear MR814v2 802.11b thing from a few years back... still serves it's purpose though.

Problem solved, you were right neb, the router's DNS cache needed to be cleared.

Glad you were able to fix it.  Another thing that can cause problems like that is too many connections being made to the outside world.  Many consumer grade routers can only handle a fairly limited number of connection being made over the internet at one time.  I commonly see this problem when people are running Bit Torrent or another form of p2p.
