Seems they are replacing it with MacBook. Now, it seems nice and all, but that price for those specs? I know there are loyal Apple buyers, but why not go and by a Dell that outperforms it? Also heard that Apple sued a site that posted how to fix the IBooks overheating issues, pretty messed up imo.

No big deal for me. I already think Apple computer users are getting ripped off by today's standards. More power to em.

Why? Because the iBook became outdated the momen the Core Duo chip was introduced. Because Apple revamped the product names of the two levels of notebooks to be in line with eachother. Because the new MacBook's will make Apple a lot of money.
