Wondering which would be the better of the two for my new system build.

1. A Processor-in-box (CPU + HEATSINK/FAN) Winchester Core Athlon 64 3200+ for 118.58

or

2. An OEM Venice Core (E6 stepping) Athlon 64 3200 for 149.87

30.00+ dollar difference

The CPU is going into the following system:

-ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 ATX AMD Motherboard
-4x512 MB 333/2700 Kingston
-Radeon x800XL
-2x 160GB Western Digital SATA HDD
-DVD-Burner

I would personally go with the Venice core as it is a much better overclocker.  It also supports SSE3 and has a better memory controller than the winchester.
