The whole reason most people bought an Xbox was because that's the only way you can play HALO. It lives up to the hype, nuff said. ESPN NFL 2K5. I avoided Madden this year because this one came out for only 20 bucks, and it is just as good if not better than Madden.  Crimson Skies is a beautiful flying game. It may seem a little short on the easy settings, but there is plenty of re-play, and if you have Xbox live, that's where you'll get your moneys worth out of it. Finally, get Star Wars, Knights of the Old Republic and take a month off from whatever you do. You'll want to keep building your character (towards the light or dark side, your choice) until you are a Jedi Master or Sith Lord.

Yeah, it was just under four days [around 69 hours] to be accurate. I loved that game, and started playing through it again on the dark side, but never finished. I should really go back and finish it. I must say, the game difficulty changes a lot when you get to the final boss. Malak was way more difficult than the rest of the game.

Yeah, you can race through it, but if you really wanted to enjoy all it has to offer, you could do sidequests and other random crap for days. Then there is the online updates, a whole new planet and other fun toys.

You're right I did skip a few sidequests, but I'm not sure how many I missed. I still loved it ^^

And if you ever get a chance, play Steel Batallion. The controller is insane, it takes a while to get used to, but it's worth a try. At $200 bucks I wouldn't necessarily recommond buying it, but if you know someone who has one, sweet talk 'em into letting you borrow it. And bring a backbrace, the sucker is kinda awkward and heavy.

I recomend renting Psychonauts.  Fun game, but it kinda goes by fast.  I got like 99% of the game completely finished.
