Wow this really sucks.  I hope someone brings AOL to court for this...

Yeah I read that on a slashdot article.  Seriously who ever came up with that PHD idea should be publicly hung

I read an article yesterday that said AOL had meant it to only apply to its rate a buddy site (similar to hot or not) but whoever wrote the new TOS worded it correctly.  AOL was supposed to have a new TOS out yesterday but I haven't had a chance to check it out...
