Welceom to Maximum CPU limp.  Glad to see you finally decided to start posting  Tongue

Anyways, I don't have any computer related books.  There are a bunch at the store but they aren't mine.  Plus I hate to read.

Welcome Limp Trizkit, we could use another active poster on here.

Yeah well I'd rather read a computer book sometimes versus sit here and try and read some stuff. It differs though. I mean I'd rather view a tutorial on the computer rather than do it from a book unless it's coding or something like that then it doesn't really matter.

I know I'm not as active as you would hope, but I've got another PC class comin' and some spare time.....
Cheesy
I finally remembered that last book....it's a SAMS book about programming for Palm PDA's.

It's not the best, 'cuz it's all about programming for databases and such...which is not what I was intending to program when I bought it...it has since been read once and put back on the bookshelf, where it has since collected dust....

I really should see to gettind more posts on here.....ah well, let's just see what I can find to post in....

Take care!!!!

BTW (edit) - Should I count the numerous manuals etc. I have?

All righty then....

I also forgot about the Macromedia training manuals I have laying around.....

-Macromedia Dreamweaver 3
-Macromedia Flash 4
-Macromedia Fireworks 3
-Macromedia Dreamweaver 4 - by lynda.com - Currently lent to a teacher........for some light reading (considering the thing is 400 pages +........I wonder just how "light" it is.....)

Well, if I think of anything more.................. rolleyes

Why is your teacher trying to learn how to use Dreamweaver 4?

And actually 400 pages for a training manual is actually quite short...  Most of the books at the store are at least 600 pages with a few being up to 1600 pages...

Yeah I my book on how to use 3DSMax is just short of 1200.
Then again the Photoshop 5 user guide is only short of 400.

My teacher is using it as a base for our class on Dreamweaver MX.  The concepts are the same, so I offered it to him.  Actually, I'm in the class as I make this post....  cool
