Well now that I have resettled, mostly, I got 802.11b setup since I wanted to for a while and it was just about a nessicity to anyways.
Well anyways I'm not a networking expert so that's why I'm asking all of you this. I've noticed that the signal can drop from Excellent to Very Good on my USB Network Adapters by just putting a book, your hand, etc. upfront of the antenna. Why does that mess with the signal and brick walls and everything else in the house blocking the signal not drop it? And is there anyway to get around this?

That is a wierd problem and I have never seen anything like it.  Perhaps it is because the walls and stuff do not change but the book is only there when you put it there.
