Which movie trilogy is better? I personally like The Matrix, becuase it seemed to apeal to me more. Also, there was a lot of technology in the Matrix, but the LOTR did tell a good story by master author JRR Tolkien.

I liked the Matrix Trilogy a lot better.  The LOTR trilogy really didn't appeal to me.

Is star wars a trilogy?  I thought a trilogy had no more than/no less than 3 books or movies and there are more than 3 star wars movies out their.

I think mipadi is reffering to the first three Star War's movies, and mipadi, I only wanted this trilogy to be about recent movies. I knew someone was going to ask that. If I was doing a poll about the best trilogy of all time, of course Star Wars would be up there. Since The Matrix and LOTR and very recent, I wanted to know what others thought.
