I wish I did. I'm still stuck in High School, so its not like I have a huge amount of choice. I have to take some computer programming courses so I can do a self study on programming my junior and senior year, but I first have to suffer through "learning" BASIC and C++....

Oh, and also, since I went to a private school all my life, and now I am in a public high school, I have to work my ass off in AP courses and really high level courses for math, english and science. I am going to hate this year.

First off, what the hell is Hairdos, Piercings, and Tattoos: Body & Identity?

As for me, I will hate going back to a schedule. Other than that, I don't mind going back to school. I just hope I won't meet any new assholes. The crappiest class I have to take in the first semester is Art Through the Ages. It is the introductory art course, and I anticipate it will blow since loads of freshmen take this class to fill a credit easily and I didn't decide to take it until this year. But, once I get through this class, I can things like 2D/3D art and Studio Art later on. And hey, Ace is in there with me, so I guess that counts toward the class.

It's a Foundation seminar, which is a class all first-years must take that helps them look at the world or whatnot. This one specifically is the study of body ornamentation as a reflection of the values of society and culture. It's taught by one of the cultural anthropology professors.

Hey Sanders, it sorta reminds me of health class in high school. Its supposed to be good, but in the end it makes you want to kill yourself.

Ya, I live in florida. The public schools in florida suck so I go private school. It's not that bad. I'm a day student and a boarding school. BTW, how long have these forums been up. I need to catch up my post count so that I can get to the top 10 before it gets popular here.

I am at least hoping that it grow to be a medium sized review site.  I don't know if I want it to be as big as HardOCP but we will have to see.

Me and ace have been in private school up until High School, though I was in public for a year.... but whatever. Though I'd rather be in public high now at where I'm living now...

General: What school did you go to? I think you need to learn how to type a little better. Tongue

/me falls on his ass laughing histerically. To bad its the students choice of whether or not they want to be educated. (That reminds me, how many illegal immigrants are there that can't even speak English? Quite a few I would say) If they don't want to, there is no hope. You can't force someone to learn, they have to be willing to, at least on some level. I hate getting up in the morning and going to school, but in the end it will be worth it.

Private school really isn't as bad as you would think it would be. The one that Techy and I went to was great, though once you get to high school, I would much rather be in a public school.

my sister goes to a private school.  not sure why. i went to a public one and so did my two older sisters. so i have no idea why you want to change the whole deal with the last kid.  but shes a little....strange.  most kids from that school are a little bit different than the public school ones. but that might just be the propaganda they are supporting at the school i went to....

I got my textbooks for my classes today. They cost me $500.65 (looks like I'm gonna have to start working more to pay for this stuff!). I had to buy 19 books -- 13 alone for the Japanese literature course.
