So as the title entales I'm kind of stumped on why this card has the price it does. I was searching around for these cards and was totaly blown away. Tell me what you think of this....

Ooooh, I like 3COM. 3COM makes some very nice stuff, and has never failed me in the past, (or anyone that I know). There stuff is very reliable, and is usually plug and play. (Very nice if you aren't a Windows fan.) I'm not sure why it is that expensive though...

Like Ace said 3com makes some really nice stuff.  Most of their stuff is right up there with Cisco.  The reason that it is so expensive is probably because it is aimed torwards bigger companies that can afford to spend a thousand dollars on a wNIC.
